DOUBLESHOT is an acoustic rock duet that Janine Taft & Dustin Bendell started in the fall of 2004 for a "fun" side project while they were putting together their rock band (Black Water Alley). DOUBLESHOT perform acoustic music all over Minnesota, Wisconsin and the Upper Midwest states. DoubleShot showcases a wide variety of cover tunes from every era and genre so they are a perfect fit for venues, special events, weddings and corporate events. Artists they cover which include but are not limited to: Neil Young, Cat Stevens, James Taylor, Fleetwood Mac, Kenny Rankin, Norah Jones, and heavier unplugged greats of Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Led Zeppelin, Soundgarden, Alice In Chains, and Bad Company. Current arrangements by Seether, 3 Doors Down, Saliva, P!nk, and Alicia Keys. They perform at Weddings, Corporate Events including Delta, Sun Country and Northwest Airlines, Graduations, Biker Rallies, and any venue where acoustic music is a great fit.
